Kochi, 23rd April 2026: Manufacturing as a Service company Venttup has announced the appointment of Prashanth R. Menon as Strategic Advisor, who will play a key role in driving the company’s scale-up strategy, global expansion plans, and long-term growth roadmap, with a strong focus on profitability.
Mr. Menon brings over two decades of global leadership experience across strategy, operations, and business transformation. Most recently, he served as Director – India at Tesla, where he was responsible for devising the vision and strategy for Tesla’s India entry and establishing its operations across multiple verticals. He also served as Chairman of the Board for Tesla India.

Prior to this, Mr. Menon held the role of Director – Advisory at Tesla US, leading global teams focused on revenue enhancement, productivity improvement, and cost optimization, while delivering large-scale transformation and restructuring initiatives across geographies.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Menon worked extensively with leading organizations through EY, advising CXOs on corporate strategy, M&A, operational integration, supply chain management, and working capital optimization. Prashanth R.
