Parul Agarwal, a 50-year-old home chef and baker from Dehradun, rebuilt her life after leaving a two-decade-long abusive marriage. Originally from Pilibhit, UP, she launched her journey in 2017 with a small tiffin service, which evolved into ChocolatierArt—her home-based brand offering handcrafted chocolates, traditional sweets, and a wide range of cakes and bakery delights.

From custom birthday and anniversary cakes to nankhatai, tea cakes, cookies, and festive bakes, Parul’s creations are known for their rich flavors and homely touch. Deeply inspired by her grandparents, she preserves Indian culinary heritage through sweets like gulab jamun, gujiya, kalakand, and besan ladoo.

Her talents have earned her multiple awards, including Best Heritage Thali, Ghar Wala Swad, Nari Garima Samman, and titles like Mrs. India Classic Queen 2018. As Uttarakhand State Coordinator for Kahin Gum Na Ho Jaye, she mentors budding chefs, also serving as a judge and guest teacher. Parul proves that age and adversity can be transformed through passion, purpose, and perseverance.
