By combining technology with governance, Haryana has embarked on an impressive journey towards transparent, efficient, and citizen-centric governance. These incredible initiatives align greatly with the vision of Digital India and the concept of Maximum Governance and Minimum Government.

Digital Revenue Court:

“Justice Is No Longer Distant – It’s Right Where You Are”

Launching the Digital Revenue Court is a proud and exemplary moment for the state of Haryana. With this system, every villager, every farmer, and every citizen can now access justice in a faster, more transparent, and more efficient manner. Thus,  it is not just about setting up another court; it is about bringing justice closer to the people.

The Revenue Court has been designed as a faceless, paperless, and seamless platform, from filing cases and submitting evidence to attending hearings virtually and receiving digitally signed orders. This entire process has been re-imagined to reduce delay, eliminate unnecessary visits, and increase trust in the system.

Equally important, this platform also empowers all stakeholders in the process, i.e., from the Deputy Commissioner to the patwari, with modern tools for case management, monitoring, and accountability. From now on, decisions will be made quickly, fairly, consistently, and transparently.

Speaking at the launch, Chief Minister Shri Nayab Singh Saini said:

โ€œWith this new Digital Revenue Court system, citizens no longer have to go to courts and stand in long queues. Apart from this, long-pending cases will also be resolved more easily. Technology will make justice faster and more transparent for the people of Haryana.โ€

Faceless Property Registration:

“Your Property, Registered Paperless and Hassle-Free”

The Faceless Property Registration System is another landmark initiative that transforms one of the most important citizen services. For the first time, people in Haryana can complete the entire property registration process digitally from ownership verification, Aadhaar-based KYC, and e-stamping to uploading sale deeds and receiving digitally signed registration certificates.

The system is securely hosted on the MeitY Cloud (Government of India) and is completely paperless, presenceless, and cashless. This ensures that all transactions are safe, transparent, and easy for citizens to use. It also makes property registration continuous, convenient, and trustworthy while removing any chance of delays, mistakes, or corruption.

A Vision for Transparent & Citizen-Centric Governance

Together, these two systems represent how Haryana is leading the way in digital governance reforms. By combining technology with the rule of law, the state is setting a model for the entire country in how revenue disputes can be resolved and citizen services delivered โ€” fairly, efficiently, and accessibly.

Mr. Raman Aggarwal, CEO & Founder of Jupitice Justice Technologies, said:

โ€œToday feels personal. The Digital Revenue Court & Faceless Property Registration is not just technology, itโ€™s trust. Weโ€™re bringing justice a little closer to every home in Haryana. I am deeply grateful to the Honโ€™ble Chief Minister, our administration, and our dedicated officers for trusting this vision and helping bring the vision ofโ€˜Nyay Aapke Dwarโ€™ to life.โ€

He further added that these initiatives show how Haryana is leading the way in governance by ensuring that technology works not for itself, but for the people it serves.

Leading the Way to Digital Innovation

The launch was graced by Dr. Sumita Mishra, IAS, Financial Commissioner (Revenue) & Additional Chief Secretary, Shri Vikram Kumar Meena, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra, and Dr. Yash Pal, IAS, Director of Land Records, Haryana, whose leadership and guidance played a crucial role in turning this vision into reality.”

With the launch of the Digital Revenue Court and the Faceless Property Registration System, Haryana has advanced justice and transparency, empowering its citizens and setting a new benchmark in digital governance.
