Amritpal Singh’s journey into fitness started over 15 years ago — not in a fancy gym, bu with a simple dream: to help people live healthier, stronger, and more confident lives without giving up the food and culture they love.
Born and raised in Punjab, Amritpal saw a common problem. People wanted to get fit, but most fitness advice felt foreign — crash diets, complicated workouts, and unrealistic routines. Friends, families, and even young students were confused about what to eat, how to exercise, and how to balance health with daily life.

Instead of following the same old path, Amritpal decided to build something for Punjab, by Punjab. He started with 1:1 personal coaching for different age groups — under 18, working adults, and senior citizens. His approach was simple: understand the person first, then guide them step-by-step.
But as his client base grew, Amritpal noticed a gap. Many people needed guidance but couldn’t afford personal coaching. To make fitness accessible, he introduced Calorie-Based Diet Plans for just ₹199 — a one-time, lifetime resource that could help anyone eat smarter without giving up their favorite foods.

Next came the BMR Calculator, a free tool that helps people understand their body’s calorie needs in just 60 seconds.
Today, Amritpal is leading Punjabi Fitness, a growing platform that blends personal coaching, affordable plans, and smart technology through a soon-to-launch mobile app.
His vision is clear:
“I want every Punjabi, whether in a small pind or living abroad, to know exactly how to take care of their health — and to feel proud doing it.”
From guiding school kids to advising senior citizens, from Punjab to Canada, Amritpal’s work is more than fitness — it’s a movement to make health simple, cultural, and lifelong.
