On 7th March , an event was organised ICON DELHI NCR 2021,this was an event with a cause, the idea and purpose was to promote the sarees weaved by the village ladies. So the event was to promote our female weavers and artisans, under the brand name Folklores India, which has story based handmade clothing for women. They have Kalamkari , Gond Painting, Badhani etc as a part of their collection. Indeed a wonderful and amazing concept to promote small scale businesses. The sarees were used during the walk , worn and showcased by the participants and the show director Mr Raaj Chahar did an amazing job in making the event glorious and super-hit. Renowned models namely Rashmi sachdeva, Sona Sharma, Eti sharma, Kanchan, Poonam , Jaishree, HEMA and Himani Deshwal added grace to the event by showcasing the beautiful designer dresses by the designer. This event was conducted at Taj Vivanta, Dwarka . Numerous Sponsors joined hands to make this event grand and highly successful . Everyone was flabbergasted by the extravaganza of the event. Excellent job done by the organisers and their team. Looking forward to more such meaningful events
